As a being eater in my student life. I always wonder. I feel never energetic mentally and physically so where the food is going. After experience chronic bloating in my life. I am forced to eat clean and good. The thing changes my life. After consuming good food that not just gave me the power of self-control in my body it has gives me way more mental energy to focus on the food habit and good mental strength I have ever felt.
