Egg -Tuna Salad

Ingredients 

  • 3 Boil Eggs
  • 1 can plain tuna 
  • 1 medium Size Cucumber
  • 1 large size tomato 
  • Half of small cabbage
  • Half Avocado
  • 3 to 4pice of olive
  • 6 to 7 piece of cashew 

To Garnish

  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ black paper, 
  • ½ teaspoon of pink himaliyan salt
  • A pinch of black cumin ( Optional)
  • A little bit ginger ( Optional)

Let’s Prepare

 1st Suttee the egg and cashew with butter and cut it into 12 pieces, Tomatto, Cucumber, Cabbage, and avocado cut into medium dice. Have a bowl and mix this along with tuna. Take a small bowl and mix olive oil, lemon, black paper, Himalayan salt altogether. Mix the two bowl, flip it nice and finally garnish with black cumin, olives, and ginger. EnJoy.
