Effective But Simple Smoothie – “295 Calories”

Ingredients of this smoothie are available, so easy to make as much as tasty. This is both healthy and keto. Hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size banana
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 2 teaspoon of white sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon of Coffee
  • 2 tablespoon of yogurt  ( Optional)
  • 4 Medjool dates ( Optional)
  • 6 to 7 soaked almonds or walnuts
  •  7 To 8 soaked raisins

Let’s do it

Take a blender, prepare the ingredients and blend it. Add water consistently to make it thick. Garnish with banana and dark chocolate. Or you can put some cold yogurt on it.
