Right now I gratitude YOU for being in my post today. Like this, not every day is bad there is always something about it. All you have to remind yourself about this. So a gratitude list can boost your Thanksgiving towards life.

We all have our own goals toward life. It’s ok if we feel sad or we fail. We should empathize with failure as we empathize with success as well. Handle this with care and of course with confidence.

- Work hard for it
- Don’t spend extra if you are in debt, pay that first
- Save for a good situation. Think positive to be positive
- You can do anything with your money however it’s good, bad or waste depends on you
I mean every. Yes every, You don’t have only one love relationship in life. You have families, friends, workers, yourself even your pet and plants in your life. Give them both love and boundaries also.

- Set boundaries that don’t give you anxiety

Let me know you. You are not a model or actress or a fashion icon. Don’t be heard yourself only if you want to be like them or someone told you to be like then. You don’t need to be 0 figure. Define your weight according to your needs. Its society who told us fat ugly things and also beautiful. Let them stay with their comments.

- Take a break to eat you want
- Exercise to make you healthy both mentally and physically
- Sleep for 7 to 8 hours at night
- Skincare that makes you relax ( Do not follow others)
- Gather knowledge according to your need
- Never avoid your health also don’t get too serious with this. Both are serious issues.
Forgive To Move On
You don’t need to stay where you don’t belong. Leave the place, person, work and situation without guilt. It’s okay not to be good at everything. If someone has done wrong to you. Forgive them don’t waste your time taking revenge or hate them. Use this mental power to move on and build you yourself.

- What is done is done, No one can change this but you can handle the reaction
- Remember this, No one will do good for you so help yourself first
- People will always be selfish
