5 Effective Ways Of Fighting Your Fears

Nothing in this world exists for a long time, not even your fear. We all have some kind of fear. Like fear of the future, fear of social talk, fear of ghost or even getting fat and never get accepted by others! We name it phobia and keep this with us all over life. I will like to remind you that, nothing is stronger than your mind.

Types Of Fear

  1. Fear of death
  2. Like Social rejection, shame, and loneliness 
  3. Fear like losing physical control
  4. Losing emotional control 
  5. Fear during losing any shape, animals or  height, water 

How Your Body Reacts On Fear

The Body changes your metabolic rate changes your behavior. Your organ functions also react the same way you feel in anticipation or expectation of a future threat perceived as a risk to oneself. And The brain comes in a stressful stimulus and ends with the release of chemicals that cause a racing heart, fast breathing and energized muscles like the fight-or-flight response. It can Cause you cold, getting frozen or too hot and you can start sweating by this. And sometimes it can turn into a trauma, mentally shocked and even it can make you unconscious.

Talk to Fear

Yeap. Let’s do it. Ask yourself why am I afraid and why should I be afraid. It’s Ok. If you have fear. I respect the way you find safety for yourself. Think deep or write why are you afraid. ask if your fear about future, money income, health or imaginary, like a ghost. Recognize it. Find out why and then go into the next level

Be Grateful

This is surely the next level. Replace al your bad thought with a blessing. Like you are feeling anxiety about being fat! Remember you are lucky enough to realize it. If you fear ghost understand you never ever see them with true eyes. Fear about reputation, think where are you now. Fear like death then? Be happy because you are alive now. 

Control It

Yes. Yet the power of the height began. You can CONTROL IT. Guess what? You can CONTROL IT. This is it. You can control the fear. It’s only in your control. Stop thinking about the future, stop thinking about people, stop thinking about that will never happen 

Your Thoughts

Have you ever realize its al about your thinks? You think you will be ashamed of something, you think you will see a ghost in there? ( Ever seen?) You can have a bad disease, no one loves you, no one care about you. Have you realized it’s your thought?


Exercise is the key to control your hormones and strengthen your mental condition. It boosts your mood and Improves your blood sugar and insulin level as well. If you are thinking to take your first step to fear. You can help yourself with exercise. More you take care of yourself. The more you can control the fear
