Top 3 Happy Habits

It’s Been More than 2 or 3 generations since that happiness or being happy is the main keyword of our lives. The more Your search for happiness the more you. It seems more complicated. I know you might say there is too much content that has been created at the base of happiness by the most talented content creator. I am a human surly with many ups and downs in life but I tried to follow only 3 simple habits. It took time but definitely, it will be worth it.

Here I am presenting only three simple steps That I follow. I hope it will help you too. 

  • Stop Expecting From Others 
  • Thankful What You Have And What People Do For You
  • Avoid Or Ignore Every Single Circumstance And People That Cost Your Mental Peace 

Stop Expecting From Others

“When you stop expecting people to be perfect, you can like them for who they are.”

Life is not fair. You don’t know when and how the situation will begin. The only person dumping you is only you. This habit is not about to build in a day or month. You have to keep it in practice. Here are some things you can do to practice this habit:

  •  Never expect that everyone will understand your situation,
  • Not everyone will agree with your words every time you say something even if its important,
  • Learn to expect the action of your life should come only from you.
  • Everyone has their own individuality so stop expecting the same thing from everyone. 
  • Learn to understand that you should not give another person the handover of your life and then complain that they didn’t keep it well. It’s not their responsibility.

Thankful What You Have And What People Do For You

In life, not everything should be taken for granted. Prepare your habit to understand that You are lucky that you got. Studies show that people who are thankful for life are the people who get most of their happiness.

  • Stop waiting for the right time. Everything and everyone is right at their own place.
  • Rather than disappointing you should be thankful that the situation might get even worse.
  • No one gets a good day every day. You are not out of the reality  
  • You should not expect from the others but people who really care about you, you should be grateful for them because they give you space in their life. 
  • Set a time in the night or morning to write the list of gratitude. 

Avoid Or Ignore Every Single Circumstance That Cost You, Mental Peace

Even if you are not the one who got stuck with others. There are some types of people who will always be there who try to make a bad impression on your life. 

  • Understand that these people’s actions do nothing and cost you anything. Not even A single thing.
  • Ignore. Ignore every single situation or person that always makes an effort to hurt you anyway. Just Ignore. They did not deserve even a single space in your mind or in your heart. 
  • Forgive others. People who are trying to make your life hell. Are the people who are jealous of you or even they are not happy with their life. 
  • If any situation hurts you. Take time and ask yourself is this something that is really important for my life? Is there any impact on my life with this? Can I handle the situation? If the answer is NO. Leave it. Ignore It. Avoid it. 
  • Never act immediately with any situation. It’s Heard But can never act right when you are in a bad mood, anger, or even if you are so happy. No should have control if you expect only you. Trust it. You will ever again have to deal with the awkward situation. 

How To Train a Habit

The word train makes more sense according to me in order to gain any habit. All habits take time to grow. At the start of something new, it’s natural to feel excited. First, you have to understand why you want to make the habit work and what it benefits or outcome. Then you have to set up your mind that however, the situation is you have to hold yourself with the manner. 

As a pattern

If someone in the office is talking bad about you in front of you though it is not even true. Hold, take a deep breath, and stay normal. It’s hard but not impossible. Make your mind to realize that your attention doesn’t deserve the shit of the people. Not even in your heart to hold anger for the people who don’t even have their own character to understand. 

Practice Through 

  • Focus on positivity 
  • Don’t change your mind easily according to other opinions 
  • Distance yourself from friends or family who are abusive or bring you down
  • Try to laugh at things that could annoy or anger you. For instance, instead of cursing when you drop something on your foot, try to laugh it off.
  • Start to appreciate other efforts in your life. 
  •  Give yourself the time to adapt to the habit.
  • Enjoy the activity during the adaptation of habit. 
  • Set and write a reminder for you. 
  • When the going gets rough, think about what will happen in the future when you have finally got the habit you want. 

How To Cut A Habit

A habit that doesn’t help you to make your purpose or bed for nature and personality to fully fill is a habit that you no longer should keep. it’s possible to break your bad habits. Take your time and make yourself explain why you don’t want to do this. Why not make an effort to break a habit 

As a pattern 

Your parents are so annoying that they think they are always right. But at this moment you hardly believe that is not good for you but you know they will understand and maybe short for a while. So what you can do is not take mental pressure or instead of arguing with then you decide to remain quiet until they get understand 

Practice Through 

  • Commit to a goal that you want to break like in work you don’t expect from others to understand you, 
  • Understand your bad habit and know why you need to change this,
  • Many bad habits come about as a means of dealing with situations that cause stress 
  • It has been proved that having a clear, specific plan greatly increases your chances of success in breaking habits.
  • Set your habits and Reflect success
  • Change your environment according to your habits like setting some positive vibes on your work desk,
  • Be patient towards your behavior and habit 
  • Think before you speak or act
  • Obviously set yourself a reward after your achievement and control capacity you are able to gain.

Point Of Post

At the end of the day you will be the person you have to carry. Build a habit that will help to make peace with yourself.  There are many ways to be more positive in your life, even when you’re experiencing sadness, anger, or challenges. Try not to judge yourself for your thoughts or feelings. They are just thoughts and feelings you should ask yourself how can I control this. Make goals to not react, to not give the situation a place in your mind. It’s not heard. It’s just a matter of time and a habit to grow the happiness you want at the base of peace.
