I have never been a fan of spinach. I don’t know why, but this leafy green never picked my interest. But I have come to deal with the weight loss process. And yet the story is about to come. I have suggested eating some healthy green to balance my daily nutrition and eating spinach is listed one. So it was hard for me. As I have to force myself to eat, I do some research about this. Around 1806 this food has started cultivating in America. Around 2000 years ago this green of Persia has been introduced to India and China.  But now almost every country in this world cultivates spinach. Because of its high nutritional values. Spinach has been the most popular and healthy among existed leafy greens. So Let’s check the nutrition!

Ask me? Then I will prefer frozen and fresh. It has sown that frozen spinach has more intransitive solutions then fresh as it has time to get more growth. So we can have more vitamins and minerals more. On the other hand, fresh spinach can produce a high amount of antioxidants which helps to detoxify the body and keep our mind clear as well. Canned and half fresh spinach means that is not totally fresh-picked or picks 2 to 3 days ago. KIt loses most of its antioxidants and vitamin c so get as fresh as possible. Canned one fill with lots of chemicals I believe, so I don’t believe this. Cooked is good, but overcooked might left you no nutritions so just make this just soft is enough to eat.

As in short spinach is a healthy leafy green. Because of these antioxidants, fiver and vitamin sources, it not only helps us to manage weight also helps us to boost our metabolism, gives us skin smoothing benefits, good for health, and effective for the digestive system. Its minerals and iron help women during pregnancy and helps to recover the deficiency of manual health nutrition. After this, I will eat spinach as much as I can.
