Just came from a patient, who has an infection on brain tissues. In medical terms this call Encephalitis. He wasn’t that serious at first. But his headache is getting worse day by day and he is avoiding it by taking pain killer only. As result, he is dealing with brain infections. In his case, I find that he has some problems that are completely lifestyle basis. Like, eating only fast foods, not enough brain activeness, not having good and enough sleep and stress are successful damage to his brain at the only age of 25. 

A healthy human body is a blessing. People who aren’t able to enjoy good health know better. In the body, the brain is one of the important parts we should take care of. Though people are very health conscious now. Still getting good brain health is not the topic. We should be more and more aware of what we do for our brains. 

I am going to present this topic in 3 sections. Food, Habits, and self-counseling, and what to avoid. This is a little effort of mine for the people who are still not conscious of this. 


In this new world, we are introducing many brain diseases. Such as:

Why brain disease causes: 

Brain Diseases can kill you. Yes, you read right. But it doesn’t kill you instantly. Slow poisoning is a process of this. 

  • Not getting the right food, 
  • Confusing lifestyle,
  • Less brain activity,
  • Guiltiness,
  • Not accepting situations, 
  • Long-term soaked and trauma, 
  • Lack of exercise
  • Lack of self-confidence.  
In our 1st step let’s jump into foods that are most important for us, I am presenting the top 9 foods that work better for the brain.

Fatty fish is not only good for health also good for both the heart and brain. The natural omega 3 only can be found in fish. Wild fish and sea fish provides more strong omega 3 than normal fish. Nuts And Seeds

Lifesavers for vegan and consider as a superfood are Nuts and seeds. They are good sources of protein, healthy fats, fibers, vitamins, and minerals. Nuts and seeds regulate body r fats that are not fully absorbed. It helps burn energy. Almonds, Pecans, Hazelnuts, Macadamias, Walnuts are some of the beneficial nuts. Besides FlaxSeeds, Chia Seeds. Rajgira Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Basil Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Pomegranate Seeds. Some foods are a blessing to our brain. No doubt Coffee is one of them. Thanks to its high level of antioxidants, caffeine and so others. That is most important for stimulating hormones that work for the brain. Studies have shown that its works well for some serious brain neurodegenerative disease like Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia and Parkinson’s. Chocolate or Cocoa? Doesn’t matter. Which test bitter but not sweet is for our brain. Without milk and sugar chocolate or cocoa contains high flavanol levels its also loaded with a high level of antioxidants and raw cocoa can fid with some caffeine. Important ingredients like flavanol surely improve the functions of the brain, reduce stress and most effective is improve memory.
