So here, I am going to ask you 3 things that you can do for right now:
- Take a deep breath, understand how it feels to you. Think about the things and thoughts that give you pain, stress, and anxiety. And then take a deep breath again. How difficult it is? Repeat this 3 times. Now take time and think about the thoughts and things that make you happy and that would make you happy. Take breathe 5 times now.
- Take a pen, a pencil with paper. You can also type on dives as your wish. Write the most 10 problems you have now in your life that are irritating you. Re-check this. Give these thoughts now Cut or erase or backspace one by one and select three. Only three. How many problems are left?
- Last but not least. Imagine yourself at the age of 81. Sitting on a rocking chair. Think about the most important three problems that are left. Take time. Think about the things that you wish to do when you are at the current age, situation in life.
After all the exercise. Your mind you and your thought might get the space you need from life. If you can gather the courage to change the life situation and make your mind to face it.
